Can I order a single item as a gift?
Absolutely. We can print gift items for any occasion! Please be aware, there are items that
we are unable to order in single quantities, but we do our best to find what you need,
in the quantities you want.

I'd like to only order a few items for a fundraiser to see if they'll sell. Is that possible?
Sure is! Once we make a printing plate, we keep it on file so you can reorder as many times
as you want, in the quantity you need.

Will my printed glassware be dishwasher safe?
The glassware we print is dishwasher safe in your residential dishwasher.
It stands up fairly well in commercial applications, but harsh chemicals and heat in commercial
dishwashers can take it's toll over time.

Can I have other items printed with my name/logo after I place an order?
Yes, providing the print area is of a comparable size. We can use the printing plates
we make over and over if you need.

What does it cost to have my print plate made?
The current price is $25.00 for print ready artwork. Artwork requiring more
more work, could be subject to a small fee.

Can i design my own artwork?
You can. As long as there is no copyright issue, we can print from what you design,
but it may be necessary in some instances to have your artwork vectored. 
We can assist you with that process.

Can you print my logo for me?
As long as you give us your permission, we're happy to print your logo.

Sublimation Printing

What is Sublimation?
Sublimation is the process in which a graphic, design or photograph is dyed into the actual
fabric or on to a specially coated item.

What artwork can be sublimated?
Any artwork that can be scanned into or transfered into a computer, can be sublimated.
This includes photographs, digital photos, your childs drawings, or any computer generated
graphic!! Providing there are no copyright issues, we are pretty limitless.

Will sublimation printing wear off?
Sublimation printing actually makes a molecular bond with the item you are printing
to, so unless it is exposed to high temperatures (and we mean HIGH) repeatedly,
sublimated print will not ever wear off.

Can sublimation be done on any item?
Sublimation must be done on specially coated items that can withstand very high
temperatures. We can find just about anything you could want through our suppliers.
 Polyester and microfiber fabrics work well with sublimation as well. Cotton and other
organic blends of materials do not accept the sublimation process.
